Thank you for all your help!
The staff here are so nice! Someone in the Dolomites deflated our car wheels and the staff at this hotel did us a massive favour and helped us inflate them - they even went to a neighbour to get a pump - thank you! Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. The room was lovely with a massive shower and stunning view. We went in autumn but we would love to come back in winter as the hotel has a ski lift right at the property which mean you can ski in and out! We'll be back!

Expected much more for the price. Bathroom needs some renovations. Staff is below avarage, felt not really welcome.

Breakfast was excellent and the room was clean.
The pictures on Booking.com give the false impression that the location of this hotel is top-notch and the views are magnificent. However, the best view this hotel offers is either on a bunch of pine trees or on a ski-bridge with mountains on the background (which is overall not that bad, but it will be hard to find a hotel in this area with a lesser view) The ‘swimming pool’ is in fact an ennobeled jaccuzi and when checking out I was ‘mistakenly’ presented a bill twice as high as the price I booked for. I can imagine this is a good place to come skying in the winter, but in summer, you can have better value for your money in this area.
